Roasted grouse

I roasted the two Ruffed Grouse that I got last month, nothing fancy but they turned out pretty good. I mixed light olive oil with a little poultry seasoning, black pepper, and a little seasoned salt. A side dish of sliced and breaded summer squash, and it made a pretty good lunch.
